Khatia Mamukashvili is a co-founder of the organization and holds a Master’s degree in Organization
Development and Consulting from Tbilisi State University. Her professional experience counts
as working as an HR specialist, Training Manager, and Research Projects manager in various
organizations. Committed to the civil society sector, she voluntarily was engaged in various local
and international NGOs supporting vulnerable people.
Tamar Zviadadze is a co-founder of the organization and holds a Master’s degree in Public and Social
Policy from Charles University in Prague. Her working experience is related to community
development projects, she has worked as a project coordinator and social pedagogue for local and
international NGOs.
Ketevan Tvildiani holds MA in Sociology from Batumi State University. She has several years
of working experience as a project coordinator. Before joining DEP, she worked at British Council
Georgia and was coordinating various projects in the art field.
